Tattoo aftercare rules
During tattooing, the skin breaks down, creating a wound. If you take care of the tattoo well and carefully, it will take about 6 weeks for the wound to heal.
Without second skin
2 hours after the tattoo session take off the cling film and immediately follow the steps below.
Repeat this routine 2 times per day for 7 days
- Carefully wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and non-fragrant, non-antiseptic soap. Use only regular or baby soap.
- Pat dry the tattoo gently with a clean towel.
- Apply a thin layer of baby Bepanthen.
- Wait 5 minutes, then you can put on clean clothing.
With second skin
After the tattoo session you will have a “second skin” healing foil - Suprasorb F (or Dermalize).
First 4-5 days:
- Keep the second skin on, do not remove it.
- You may shower normally during this period.
After 4-5 days, carefully remove the foil under lukewarm water. Using lukewarm water helps it come off easier and reduces the risk of damaging the skin.
After the second skin is removed
Follow these steps once per day for 3-4 days:
- Carefully wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and non-fragrant, non-antiseptic soap. Use only regular or baby soap.
- Pat dry the tattoo gently with a clean towel.
- Apply a thin layer of baby Bepanthen.
- Wait 5 minutes, then you can put on clean clothing.

- To avoid bath, swimming pools, saunas and any kind of sport activity.
